Winter darkness and other things

As always, February has been short and cold but that didn't stop the us from going to concerts. Warm up with some sweet music from the talented Sindri Már (Sin Fang) and generally having a great time in the winter darkness.  

The Darkness Within

I'm continuing to work with the idea of photographic pairs and am currently experimenting with double exposure shots. I wanted to interpreted the darkness we succumb to during the winter months in Iceland when we experience only a few hours of daylight each day. So we gather ourselves into small spaces like bars and enjoy what the dark days bring out in us.

I've been a particular fan of Paloma bar
